The registration fees do not include accommodation or travel costs. Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and travel including insurance and airport transfers.
We have negotiated some great discounts for conference attendees at a selection of Wellington's best hotels. Please visit the Accommodation page below for more information.
Payment
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration concrete@confer.co.nz.
If you request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to concrete@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 25 September 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 25 September 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
