Concrete New Zealand (NZ) has a membership of more than 600 corporates and individuals who make a significant contribution to the New Zealand construction and infrastructure sectors.

Additional Options

Onsite Registration Kiosks | $6,000 + GST

Your logo will appear on the main screen of the self-service registration kiosks and on the printed nametags. You also have the option to include printed branding signage on the kiosks/counters for an additional cost. Company logo also included on the conference website with link to your homepage, plus a 75-word company profile in conference app.

President's Reception | $5,000 + GST

Sponsorship of the Conference 2025 President’s Reception offers a range of high-profile benefits, including exclusive naming rights for the reception, with the sponsor’s banner (provided by the sponsor) prominently displayed at the event. The sponsor will also receive recognition in the official Conference 2025 programme, as well as acknowledgment as the reception sponsor during the final sessions of the day. Additional exposure includes a listing on the Conference 2025 website featuring the sponsor’s name, logo, and a direct link to their website. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to provide branded napkins or a suitable alternative for use during the reception. As part of the sponsorship package, the organisation will receive one complimentary full Conference 2025 registration and two complimentary tickets to the formal dinner.

Lanyards | $4,000 + GST

As Conference 2025 attendees are required to wear their name badges at all times, the event lanyard provides unique exposure for such things as your organisation’s name, logo, or web address. Your exposure continues after the event through the photos taken of delegates during the event which can end up being shared on social media and used in future Concrete NZ publications.

Coffee Cart | $3,500 + GST

You will be very popular giving delegates something they really appreciate as the Coffee Cart Sponsor! The coffee cart will provide a limited number of complimentary barista served coffee during the Conference on arrival, morning tea and lunch.

The coffee cart is often a hub for social interaction and is visited frequently by delegates. Add on options include the ability to brand the coffee cart, supply branded barista aprons and supply compostable/ reusable coffee cups. Your support will also be recognised on the conference website and holding slide during the event.

Notepads & Pens | $1,500 + GST

Exclusive branding of the notepads and pens with your company logo. Notepads and pens will be included in the conference bags handed out from the registration desk to all delegates. Includes a 75-Word company profile in the conference smartphone app.

Terms & Conditions

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. GST is calculated at date of payment and is currently 15%. The Conference reserves the right to vary the quoted prices in line with any changes in the rate of the GST.

Sponsorship packages and exhibition spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Confirmation of receipt of your application will be sent together with a tax invoice for the required package amount.

  • Payment is required within 7 days of invoice or prior to the event whichever is first.
  • Stand site selection is available on a first come, first served basis. The committee reserves the right to hold spaces for sponsors and make changes if required to the final layout. 
  • General site and access security will be provided for exhibition locations by the security staff. Security of your exhibition site during the day is an individual responsibility.
  • Additional equipment can be ordered through the display provider at your own cost. We will send you an exhibitor manual in July 2025 which contains ordering details as well as confirmation on access/setup/breakdown and health & safety.
  • All exhibitors are asked to have current public liability insurance.

The conference convenors reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. Neither the organisers (Conferences & Events Ltd) nor the convenors shall be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
