What does a full registration include?

Entry to all sessions
Daytime catering as per the programme
Tuesday icebreaker, including nibbles (RSVP required)
Wednesday Quiz, including nibbles (RSVP required)
Thursday Conference Dinner – cash bar (RSVP required)

What does a one-day registration include?

Entry to all sessions on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
Daytime catering as per the programme

Please note, a one-day registration does not include the evening functions.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to chemedbiolive2026@confer.co.nz

Cancellations received on or before 19 October 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for cancellations after 10 October 2026 (including "no shows").
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at no additional cost.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
