You are about to begin the registration process for the ChemEd BioLive Conference 2026.

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (e.g. First name Surname)
  • Please fill in all fields marked*
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering. If you do not receive an email, please send us an email at chemedbiolive2026@confer.co.nz

Payment 

  • All transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (GST #67-050-711)
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation
  • If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete and your registration details will not be saved
  • Credit cards accepted: VISA/MasterCard  

Field Trips

  • Field trips will take place on Thursday afternoon. Please note that some tours may incur an additional cost. 
  • Further details will be provided as soon as they are available.

  • Early Bird fee is available until 20 October 2026
  • Standard fee applies from 21 October 2026

  • Entry to all sessions
  • Daytime catering as per the programme
  • Tuesday icebreaker, including nibbles (RSVP required)
  • Wednesday Quiz, including nibbles (RSVP required)
  • Thursday Conference Dinner – cash bar (RSVP required)

One Day Registration (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) Includes:

  • Entry to all sessions on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
  • Daytime catering as per the programme

    Please note, a one-day registration does not include the evening functions.
