Our conference is an important time to reconnect with colleagues, old friends and to make new connections. The social functions planned at this conference are an important part of the rejuvenation process. Informal Meet & Greet

Date: Sunday 23 August
Time: 5.30 - 7.30pm
Venue: Glass Goose, 78 Federal Street, Auckland CBD

Join us for an informal meet & greet the evening before the conference begins. This relaxed gathering is an opportunity to connect with colleagues and friends in a casual setting.  Drinks and nibbles will be provided.

Conference Dinner

Date: Monday 24 August
Time: 6.30pm (Pre-drinks from 6pm)
Venue: New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC)

Dress: Business attire.

Join us for an optional conference dinner—a relaxed yet memorable evening designed to bring our community together during this short two‑day event. With the conference running on a Monday and Tuesday, this dinner offers an easy and convenient way for guests to enjoy time together.

Following the final session of the day, pre‑dinner drinks will be served in the foyer while the dining room is prepared. You’ll then move into the main space for a seated dinner. Entertainment will be woven thoughtfully through the first portion of the evening—enhancing the experience while still ensuring plenty of time for conversation and connection. A warm, social night with short awards ceremony not to be missed.
