What does a full registration include?

  • Entry to all sessions
  • Daytime catering as per the programme
  • Light breakfast on Thursday and Friday'
  • Entrance to the Wednesday Welcome Reception
  • Entrance to the Thursday Theatre Managers Conference dinner, sponsored by KARL STORZ Endoscopy
  • Friday workshops

What does a one-day registration include?

  • Entry to all sessions on either Thursday or Friday
  • Daytime catering as per the programme
  • Light breakfast on the selected day


Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to TMC2026@confer.co.nz
Cancellations received on or before 28 March 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 15 April 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time at no additional cost.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
