What does full registration include?

  • Entrance to all conference sessions

Registration does not include

Additional registrations from the same school/organisation

Register your first person and they will receive instructions in your confirmation email to pass on to the additional members of your organisation who want to register at the reduced rate.

PPTA Subject Association Grant

Members of PPTA can apply for a Grant up to $750 to attend a subject association conference or workshop. 
Subject Association Grants may require pre-approval. This is so that you can have certainty that funding is available before you attend the conference.

Payment

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. 

For invoice payments, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Cancellation & refund policy

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to soccon@confer.co.nz
  • Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2025 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
  • No refund will be given for registration cancellations received from 1 March 2025 including “no shows” at the conference.
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time. 

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
