Exhibition Stand

Space Only Exhibition $1,500 + GST

  •  3m x 1.5m space only, a standard trestle table, table cloth and 2 chairs will be provided.
  • 1 x 10 amp power and multiplug supply.
  • 1 x Exhibitor registration. This does not include access to the conference sessions and conference dinner.  Tickets must be purchased separately.
  • Lead management app allowing you to take contact details and even enter notes or answers to set questions.
  • Your company logo and website link included on the website.
  • Exhibitor listing in the conference mobile app.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR YOUR SPACE
A single free standing poster panel is available for $175+GST at time of booking. Poster panel dimensions:  1.2m wide x 2.3m high.

Walls, additional power and lighting can be hired as an additional cost from the elected Exhibition Hire company. Contact details will be provided in your exhibition information pack.

BRINGING ADDITIONAL STAFF?
Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased for $304 +GST.

  • Trade stands and catering may be split across two levels (Rutherford House Atrium and Mezzanine). Spaces will be assigned and advised by early March 2025.
  • Display spaces will be in the conference foyer(s) along with the conference catering.
  • The welcome reception at the end of day one is an additional chance to ensure delegates have time to interact with you so plan to attend.  
  • As this venue is primarily a learning institution, if you plan to send a pallet or have more complex pack in needs please get in touch.
  • Approximate times for pack in: 7-9am 14 April; pack out 3.30pm 16 April.
