Registration Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate. It is appreciated that you advise the conference organisers if you are no longer able to attend so catering numbers can be adjusted accordingly. Email:pct@confer.co.nz
COVID-19

If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay at home and do not attend the conference. Conference & Events Ltd will endeavour to ensure a safe environment but no responsibility is accepted by Conference & Events Ltd if a Covid 91 outbreak occurs during, or as a result of, the conference. There is a risk of exposure to Covid 19 at any public event. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and attending the conference, you accept this risk. Conference & Events Ltd and PPTA will not be held liable for the results of sickness occurring as a result of attendance at the conference.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical and travel expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
