On behalf of the Board of the New Zealand Trade & Industrial Waters Forum, we invite you to partner with the 2026 Industrial Waters Conference being held in Palmerston North, 19-21 August 2026. 

This conference is a valuable opportunity to showcase your people, your services and the science behind your products, directly to a credible and influential group. It is also a chance for you to network and generate new business in a relaxed and friendly environment.

All sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-in, first-served basis.

About NZTIWF

The New Zealand Trade & Industrial Waters Forum is a voice for all matters relating to the Industrial Water Environment in New Zealand. 

Covering all areas of the wastewater sector dealing with liquid trade and hazardous wastes including industrial effluent, loss prevention, stormwater contamination, sewer and infrastructure asset protection, grease traps, oil and solvent separation, toxic organic chemical discharges, digestion of trade-waste for cogeneration, water re-use and water minimisation systems.

We negotiate agreements with utility providers, identify means for managing stormwater and identify technologies to improve water efficiency.

Exhibition Space - $1,290 + GST

The Space Only exhibition includes:
  • Allocated space 3.0m (w) x 1.8m (d)

Both exhibition options include:

  • One dressed table (1.8m by 0.75m) and two chairs. Please let us know if you do not require this furniture. 
  • Power supply. 
  • Your company logo on the conference website, with a link to your website.
  • One complimentary Exhibitor Pass per space. Please note, an Exhibitor Pass is for the exhibition stand only and is not a Full Conference Registration. Exhibitors can upgrade their Pass to a Full Conference Registration for $600 + GST. 
  • Additional Exhibitor Passes can be purchased at $260 + GST per person and please email industrialwaters@confer.co.nz to arrange this.

Excludes:

  • Additional stand items such as booth panels, poster boards, lighting etc. These can be hired by contacting the exhibition display company (details will be sent to you)
  • Conference Dinner tickets, which can be purchased separately

The exhibition area will be held in the Elwood Room of the Palmerston North Conference & Function Centre. To ensure all exhibitors receive maximum exposure, the Welcome Function, tea breaks, lunches and the Exhibitor Session will be held in the exhibition area.

Exhibitors are encouraged to create dynamic and creative displays, providing participants with an added incentive to visit their stand.

Space Allocation

Spaces are held first for sponsors. All other spaces are available on a first in first served basis. The final floor plan is at the discretion of the Conference Organisers who reserve the right to make any modifications required.
