  • We are a New Zealand Business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST

Important Information:

  • Payment is required within 7 days of invoice or prior to the event whichever is first. However, we do understand and respect that some of the organisations involved in this conference have a payment cycle they must follow, if this is the case with your organisation please ensure that your invoice has been received, approved and is scheduled for payment within the next month. 
  • Pricing shown is GST inclusive.
  • Cancellations received in writing by email to theatremanagers@confer.co.nz up to 28 February 2025 will forfeit 50% of the total amount invoiced. No refund can be given for cancellations received after 28 February 2025.

By completing this booking you agree to be bound by the full Industry Partnership Terms and Conditions.

Once you have complete this form, the team at Conferences & Events will send you a booking confirmation and invoice the relevant Industry Partnership Package. 

Payment:

  • All transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST.
  • Payment is required within 7 days of invoice or prior to the event whichever is first. General Conditions:

  • Conferences & Events (C&E) reserves the right to request display amendments, to accept or refuse any application for stands and to change dates, venue and duration of the conference and/or display if exceptional circumstances demand. 
  • All industry partners shall insure, indemnify and hold C&E harmless in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expenses.
  • Industry partners are responsible for any injury to persons and damage to property in the conference environment caused during the setting up, the operation and the dismantling and removal of the display units. Conference attendance is separate to the display area.
  • Industry partners are responsible for their own public liability insurance.

Cancellation Policy
