Important dates

Format of Submission

Abstracts must be submitted in English.

There are three presentation types:

• 20-min presentation (Traditional) - Full paper submissions will be requested if abstract is accepted
• 15-min presentation & paper (Emerging Structural Engineers) - Full paper submissions will be requested if abstract is accepted
• 5-min presentation - No full paper required (Lightning Talk) 

Publication

By submitting an abstract/paper, authors agree to the publication of chosen abstracts/papers on the conference mobile app and conference proceedings or similar by SESOC.

Important

Once you have completed your submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, we have NOT received your submission. Please remember to check your spam/junk folders and contact the conference organisers should you need assistance at sesoc@confer.co.nz.

By submitting your abstract, you agree to personally attend and present your paper at the conference, if your paper or presentation is accepted.
