Additional Information:

• Invoice is due for payment by the 20th of the month, based on the invoice issue date. All payments must be received prior to the conference.
• There is no GST payable as service is performed outside NZ.
• Fees are in NZD.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing to pthc2026@confer.co.nz. Should your company cancel, the following fees will apply;

• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 30 April 2026

• 100% if cancelled after 1 May 2026
