  • Platinum $15,000+
  • Gold $10,000+ 
  • Silver $5,000+ 
  • Bronze $2,500+  

Please note: that transactions are in NZD and GST is zero rated as the service is performed outside New Zealand. 

Conference Mobile App Sponsorship Add-on (Exclusive)

For an additional $4,500 NZD, would you like to extend your sponsorship package to include the conference mobile app? 

The app will be available to all conference participants and will include the full programme, networking opportunities, conference announcements and all other key information. As a sponsor, you will have your logo on the home page and opportunity to send two targeted notifications via the app to all attendees.

Why are we processing your personal data?
We use this data to facilitate your sponsorship booking and to support the delivery of excellent service at the event (e.g. caterers knowing your dietary requirements).

How long will we store your personal data for?
Your contact details will be retained by Penina Trust Housing Conference 2026 and Conferences & Events Ltd for the purpose of advising you about future Penina Trust Housing Conference events. You can ask us about your personal data and may withdraw the consent to use your personal data at any time.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking you agree to be bound by the full Sponsorship Terms and Conditions.

General Conditions:

  • Conferences & Events (C&E) reserves the right to request display amendments, to accept or refuse any application for stands and to change dates, venue and duration of the conference and/or exhibition if exceptional circumstances demand.
  • All sponsors/exhibitors shall insure, indemnify and hold C&E harmless in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expenses.
  • Sponsors/exhibitors are responsible for any injury to persons and damage to property in the conference and exhibition environment caused during the setting up, the operation and the dismantling and removal of the exhibition. Conference attendance is separate to the exhibition.
  • Sponsors/exhibitors are responsible for their own public liability insurance. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing to pthc2026@confer.co.nz. Should your company cancel, the following fees will apply;

  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 30 April 2026
  • 100% if cancelled after 1 May 2026
