Registration

You are about to begin the registration process for OASIS26.

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg. Firstname Surname) 
  • Please complete all fields marked* 
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at oasis26@confer.co.nz.
  • We are a New Zealand Business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST

Payment 

  • All transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (GST # 67-050-711)
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation
  • If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete and your registration details will not be saved
  • Credit cards accepted: VISA/MasterCard

Conference Registration

The Conference Registration fee includes: 

  • Admission to all Conference Sessions on Saturday 28 March
  • Lunch and morning/afternoon tea 
  • One ticket for the Welcome Function on Friday 27 March

The following are an additional cost not included in the registration fee:

  • Workshops on Friday 27 March
  • Conference Dinner on Saturday 28 March
  • Additional Welcome Function ticket
  • Carbon Footprint Offset Contribution

All fees below are expressed in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.  Earlybird fees apply up to and including the 18 January 2026.

Proof of Registrar/Trainee or Midwife/Registered Nurse status is required during the online registration process. Please provide an official letter on your institution’s letterhead indicating your status.

Carbon Footprint Offset

OASIS26 is dedicated to minimising the environmental impact of our conferences.  You can choose to offset the carbon footprint of your travel and participation by donating to Conservation Volunteers New Zealand (CVNZ). CVNZ is one of Aotearoa’s leading conservation organisations, connecting people with nature through volunteering, training, and education. Your contribution supports projects across the motu that restore rivers, wetlands, forests, and coasts, helping to protect biodiversity, build climate resilience, and create healthier ecosystems.

Workshops

There is a selection of workshops including Emergency Response workshops with an obstetric focus for Major Haemorrhage and Can’t Intubate, Can’t Oxygenate (CICO) - each recognised as an ER Activity for ANZCA and FPM CPD participants.

 

Workshops include:

  • High-fidelity Communication Skills workshop $450: (catered break and lunch included).
  • Can’t Intubate, Can’t Oxygenate simulation workshop $580: (catered break and lunch included).
  • Major Obstetric Haemorrhage $200: (catered break and lunch included).
  • Guided tour of Auckland Zoo’s Hospital & NZ Centre for Conservation Medicine $110: (includes transfers to and from Auckland Zoo, lunch and a donation to support Auckland Zoo’s wildlife conservation work).

If attending workshops in both the AM and PM slots, please ensure you have selected a different one for each slot.

We’re kicking things off with a private evening at this Parisian-inspired eatery - a favourite among food lovers for its refined flavours and the perfect spot to unwind and ease into the symposium. Due to the late finish of the dinner we will be putting on transport to return to Auckland CBD near the Skycity Hotel. Please indicate if you require transport back to town.
