You are about to start the process of submitting an abstract for the NZTIWF Conference 2025 at the Lower Hutt Events Centre.

This form will take you through the details required for your submission.

Presenter Details

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg. Firstname Surname)
  • Please complete all fields marked*
  • You should receive a submission confirmation email within 15 minutes of submitting your abstract. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at industrialwaters@confer.co.nz.

Please have these items prepared to submit your abstract:

  • Presenting Author details (incl. photo and biography, these will be published on the conference website)
  • Abstract title
  • Presentation types: 
    • 30 minutes Oral Presentation (27 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A)
      OR
    • Poster Presentation (Posters to be supplied by yourself: A0 Portrait size)
  • Abstract topic
  • 250 word abstract

Abstract Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting your abstract for the NZTIWF Conference 2025 you agree to personally attend and present at the conference, if your abstract is accepted. On acceptance of submitted abstracts, all presenters are required to register and pay the conference registration fee by the early bird deadline of 12 July 2025 in order to be included in the programme.

By submitting an abstract you give consent to publish the accepted abstract, your photo and biography in the conference material including, but not limited to, the NZTIWF 2025 conference website, the conference programme and any NZTIWF relevant publications. 

On acceptance of your submitted abstract, you agree to share your presentation slides with the delegates after the conference. If you wish to update these slides after the conference or not share your presentation, please email industrialwaters@confer.co.nz.
