Your data will be shared internally for the sole purpose of processing your subscription (i.e., New Zealand Institute of Physics Committee and Conferences & Events Ltd).

Your personal data will be retained by Conferences & Events Ltd for the sole purpose of advising you of future New Zealand Institute of Physics events. You can ask us about your personal data, and you may withdraw the consent to use your personal data at any time.

Thank you for choosing to purchase the NZIPES Teaching and Assessment Resources for 2024.

If you are renewing a subscription, please check your details below. If the contact person at your school has changed, please email us at nzip@confer.co.nz and we will update our records and send you a new invitation to subscribe.

Only one subscription to the Teaching and Assessment Resources is required per school. Please contact us (nzip@confer.co.nz) if you want to check whether your school already has access for 2024.

Sharing of Login Information

The login information provided to you to access the resources may be shared with other physics staff within your school only. Login information is not to be shared with students, or any individual from outside your school.

Confidentiality of resources

Our assessment resources (both examinations and internal assessments) are used throughout New Zealand and we expect that every effort is made to ensure they remain secure. They are for school assessment use only and must not be used in any other context, or distributed to students or to external parties.

Agreement

By purchasing the NZIPES Teaching and Assessment Resources (for school subscription) from NZIP, the school representative named in this form is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

If you are paying by credit/debit card, please note only MasterCard and VISA are accepted.   

The total amount due is in NZ Dollars.

Once payment is received you will be sent a password to access the Teaching and Assessment Resources.

Payments by credit/debit card useyou can view their Privacy Policy.

You will shortly receive an email with confirmation of your subscription. Attached to your confirmation letter you will find an Invoice/Statement. Please retain this for your own records.
