Your data will be shared internally for the sole purpose of processing your membership registration (i.e., New Zealand Institute of Physics Committee and Conferences & Events Ltd). 

How long will we store your personal data for?
Your personal data will be retained by Conferences & Events Ltd for the sole purpose of advising you of future New Zealand Institute of Physics events. You can ask us about your personal data, and you may withdraw the consent to use your personal data at any time.
