Registration

You are about to begin the registration process for the NZHTA Conference 2026. Please note the following:

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg Firstname Surname)

  • Please complete all fields marked *

  • Your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the secretariat

  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering

  • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please send us an email atnzhta@confer.co.nz

Payment

  • All transactions are in NZD and inclusive of 15% GST (GST #67-050-711)

  • Payment can be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation

  • Credit cards accepted: VISA/MasterCard   

Accommodation

You will need to book your own accommodation. Due to the conference being run close to a busy holiday period it would be wise to book accommodation for the conference as soon as possible. Please find below a list of recommended accommodation sites for the conference. All of these sites are located on or near to Marine Parade in Napier. Free buses will be available to transport delegates to and from Marine Parade and Lindisfarne College each morning and afternoon. These sites are all very close to the Napier City CBD which offers a wide range of dining options.

There are also accommodation options closer to Lindisfarne College if you would prefer to be able to walk to the conference venue.

Transport

Free buses will run to and from the conference venue, Lindisfarne College, and Marine Parade accommodation each day in the morning and evening.

Buses will also be available to transport delegates to Napier Airport at the conclusion of the conference on Friday the 10th of April.

If you are bringing your own vehicle, ample free on site parking is available at Lindisfarne College.

Social Functions

There is no additional cost to attend the social functions, however, to assist with catering we ask that you please indicate if you plan to attend.

Please note that the Wednesday evening function at Three Wise Birds Garden Bar is limited to the first 100 people who sign up, and the NZHTA Gala Dinner on Thursday evening is limited to the first 180 people who sign up.

Workshops

 

We are currently in the process of confirming our workshops for the conference. Workshop information and signup will be available at a later date. We will let you know via email when you are able to sign up for workshops. 

 

Kaiako Māori Workshop

Plans are currently underway to provide a 'cup filling' event with a hauora focus, on Tuesday April 7th, at Lindisfarne College before the Conference. Stay tuned for more news on this!
