• Payment is required within 7 days of invoice or prior to the event whichever is first. However, we do understand and respect that some of the organisations involved in this conference have a payment cycle they must follow, if this is the case with your organisation please ensure that your invoice has been received, approved and is scheduled for payment within the next month. 
• Pricing shown is GST inclusive.
• Cancellations received in writing by email to nzes@confer.co.nz up to 1 May 2024 will forfeit 50% of the total amount invoiced. No refund can be given for cancellations received after 1 May 2024.
