2026 Registration Form

You are about to begin the registration process for NANZ 2026.

• All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg. Firstname Surname). Please note that this is how it will appear on your name badge.
• Please complete all fields marked* 
• You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at nanz@confer.co.nz.
• Your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organisers.

Payment 

• We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (GST #67-050-711)
• Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation
• If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete and your registration details will not be saved
• Credit cards accepted: VISA/MasterCard

• If you are registering a GROUP, please contact nanz@confer.co.nz before completing this form to request a group registration form.
• If you require an INVOICE for payment, please do not proceed with your registration here, please contact nanz@confer.co.nz who will send you a different link.

• Additional Conference Dinner ticket(s) - $207.00 incl GST per person
• Additional guest ticket(s) to the Welcome Function - $92.00 incl GST per person

• Standard rates apply from 23 September 2026 - Friday 06 November 2026

Booking Terms & Conditions:

• All rooms are subject to availability. Maximum occupancy is two.
• Cancellations must be received in writing to nanz@confer.co.nz before 04 October 2026. Cancellations received from 05 October 2026 will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.
• Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking, your card will not be charged at this time. The credit card will only be charged when you check-out, if you do not show or you provide a late cancellation.
