Registration details

  • You are about to begin the registration process for the ICSHMO 2022 Conference
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg Firstname Surname)
  • Please fill in all fields marked *
  • Your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the secretariat
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering
  • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please send us an email at icshmo@confer.co.nz  
Payment
  • All transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (GST #67-050-711)
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation
  • If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete and your registration details will not be saved
  • Credit cards accepted: VISA/MasterCard

Virtual Conference Registration

All prices are inclusive of GST (15%) and are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

The Virtual Conference Registration fee includes: 

  • Live sessions with Q&A 
  • Sessions available to watch on demand 
  • A poster gallery with 1 min video introductions 
  • Options to interact with supporter’s gallery 
  • Delegate Hub to communicate directly with other delegates (text, video or meetings)  
  • Networking functions
  • Programme and abstract volume (electronic versions)

The Virtual Conference Registration fee excludes:

  • Workshops on Tuesday 8 February

Members rates

 The discounted member rates apply to members of NZ MetSoc, AMOS and AMS.  

  • New Zealand-based delegates - members of NZ MetSoc for 2022
  • Australian-based delegates - members of AMOS for 2022
  • AMS members residing outside Australia and New Zealand and are members for 2022.
