Theme: The Future of Building Physics Modelling 

The Pre-Conference Workshop is aimed at early-career researchers and professional consultants with a good theoretical background in building physics. The goal is to provide participants with the opportunity to meet and network with other young researchers and industry professionals.

The Pre-Conference Workshop will run in the few days before conference likely Friday 16 – Sunday 18 April.  Please let us know if you are interested in attending below:

We’ve negotiated special discounted rates at a few of Wellington's hotels near the conference venue. We encourage you to stay at the selected conference hotels as this gives you more opportunity to network with conference delegates outside of the conference hours.  We strongly encourage you to book your room below today, as any unsold rooms are released by the hotels in the lead up to the conference. This may mean paying a higher rate to stay there later on.

Payment:

• No pre-payment is required. Payment must be made directly to the hotel when you check in/out.
• Rates below are ROOM ONLY.  Breakfast is an additional cost.
• Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking, your card will not be charged at this time.  The credit card will only be charged when you check-out, if you do not show or you provide a late cancellation.

• Cancellations received from 19 March 2027 will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.
