Welcome to the fib Symposium 2024 Exhibition Zone. Below you can view a list of available exhibition stands. You can also click on the "View Interactive Floor Plan" button to display the exhibition floor plan along with details of stands that have been booked.

Sponsorship Opportunities
If you would like to sponsor the fib Symposium 2024, please email fib2024@confer.co.nz to obtain the Sponsorship Prospectus. We do have some stands reserved for those taking up Platinum, Sponsor or Silver sponsor packages. To book a stand with your sponsorship package, please email us.

 

Exhibitor Registrations
You will receive two complimentary exhibitor registrations per space. If you wish to have additional staff on the stand, you will need to purchase additional exhibitor registrations. The cost for additional exhibitor registrations is $500.

Exhibitor Registrations do not include access to the Symposium sessions and Symposium dinners. Tickets for the dinners must be purchased separately.

Exhibition Times
The exhibition area is open throughout the Symposium from Monday 11 - Thursday 14 November 2024. Pack-in is on Sunday 10 November; Pack-out is the late afternoon of Thursday 14 November. More details will be confirmed in the Exhibitor Manual coming out in August 2024.  All catering breaks will be held in the exhibition area.  

Terms & Conditions

  • Conferences & Events (C&E) reserves the right to request display amendments, to accept or refuse any application for stands, and to change dates, venue, and duration of the conference and/or exhibition if exceptional circumstances demand.
  • All exhibitors shall insure, indemnify and hold C&E harmless in respect of all costs, claims, demands, and expenses.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for any injury to persons and damage to property in the conference and exhibition environment caused during the setting up, the operation, and the dismantling and removal of the exhibition. Conference attendance is separate to the exhibition.
  • Sponsors/exhibitors are responsible for their own public liability insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received in writing by email to fib2024@confer.co.nz on or prior to 18 September 2024 will be charged 50% of the total cost. No refund can be given for cancellations received after 18 September 2024.

 

Additional information

  • Stands include black velcro receptive walls, power and lighting. Venue wifi, daily catering for two exhibitors and a lead management app are also included. Tables and chairs can also be provided if required.
  • Payment is required within 7 days of invoice or prior to the event whichever is first.
  • You can pick your own stand location. Some stands are reserved for organisations taking up sponsorship packages. If you are interested in finding out more about sponsorship opportunities, please email us at fib2024@confer.co.nz for a copy of the Sponsorship Prospectus
  • General site and access security will be provided by the venue security staff. Security of your exhibition site during the day is your responsibility.
  • Additional equipment can be ordered through the display provider at your own cost.
  • We will send you an exhibitor manual in August 2024 which contains details on access, setup/breakdown, delivery instructions and health & safety.
  • All exhibitors must have public liability cover.

Stands are $4500 +GST. The pricing shown below is GST inclusive.
