Registration

You are about to begin the registration process for the EEA2026 Conference. Please note the following:

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg Firstname Surname)
  • Please fill in all fields marked *
  • Your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the organisers
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please send us an email at eea2026@confer.co.nz 

Payment

  • All transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (GST #011-113-877)
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation
  • If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete and your registration details will not be saved
  • All credit/debit card payments for registrations incur a 3% surcharge to cover processing of payments. Credit cards accepted: VISA/MasterCard

Under the Privacy Act 2020, we require your consent to share an attendee list with conference delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.  By selecting ‘Yes, I consent to having my details (name, organisation and email) shared with sponsors,’ you agree that your specified contact information may be shared for marketing purposes.

Registration Includes:⁠

  • Full conference attendance and catering on 22 - 24 September 2026.
  • Social events for delegates and exhibitors with drinks and nibbles on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 September 2026. 

Fees:

  • All registration fees are in NZ$ and include 15% GST.
  • The Member fees apply to Individual and Associate Members and employees working for an EEA Large, Medium or Small Corporate Member. To see the full list of Corporate Members please click here. If you wish to join the EEA as an Individual member to take advantage of the lower cost member fee for Conference and other EEA events, please click here to visit the EEA website.

Graduate Members (applies to current Graduate Members as at January 2026)
EEA has introduced a Graduate Membership. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are deemed a graduate. For more information or to become a Graduate Member, please click here. If you would like to use your free registration next year, please select the Member fee.

Exhibitors
If you wish to complete an Exhibitor registration, please do not complete this form. Instructions will be sent to the stand booking contact in February 2026. Please contact them for details.

Accommodation

We’ve negotiated special discounts at a few of Auckland's main hotels. We encourage you to stay at the selected conference hotels as this gives you more opportunity to network with conference delegates outside of the conference hours. For your convenience, you can book your preferred hotel directly with the hotel.

Hotel rooms are subject to availability, so we strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out on your preferred hotel.
