Welcome to the EEA2026 Exhibition Stand Booking.
STAND PRICES
For the EEA2026 Technology Exhibition, there are a total of 141 stands for purchase that consist of:
- 83 yellow stands measuring 3m x 2.4m - $6,165 + GST
- 3 pink stands measuring 3m x 1.2m - $3,678 + GST
- 38 green stands measuring half of 3m x 2.4m - $3,678 + GST
- 17 purple stands measuring 3m x 1.8m - $4,920 + GST
All stands are 2.3m high with velcro receptive wall panels, ID fin system with company name, power and lighting is included. The floor area is carpeted. No furniture is included. You will need to order any furniture via Exhibition Hire Services (EHS) and further details will be provided at the end of February.

LEAD MANAGEMENT
Lead Management is included in your stand booking and information will be provided closer to the conference.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS
Each booked pink, purple or green stand will include ONE complimentary exhibitor registration. Each booked yellow (full) stand will include TWO complimentary exhibitor registrations. If you wish to have additional exhibitors on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlements stated above, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at a cost of $580.00 +GST each until Tuesday 23 June and $645.00 +GST each thereafter.
PAYMENT
A 25% deposit payment must be paid within 7 days of the booking application to secure a technology exhibition stand. The deposit can be paid using the online credit card payment facility or by direct credit using the details on the invoice.
An invoice for a further 25% payment will be sent out on 10 April and due within 7 days (17 April). The balance invoice will be sent out on 3 July and due within 7 days (10 July).
All exhibition and exhibitor registration fees paid by direct credit must be paid to the conference bank account on the invoice. Please note, this is a different account to the normal EEA account that you may have in your accounts system.
All fees must be paid by 10 July 2026. Exhibitors who have not made payment in full by this time will not be permitted to set up their stand.
PLEASE NOTE: BOOKINGS RECEIVED AFTER 10 APRIL WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE 50% DEPOSIT AND BOOKINGS AFTER 3 JULY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAYS.
CANCELLATIONS
Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. Deposits must be paid unless cancelled within 7 days of receiving stand allocation notice.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to eea2026@confer.co.nz. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received within 7 days of your stand allocation being advised. Cancellations received later than 7 days after your stand allocation has been advised and up to Friday 10 April 2026 will incur a loss of 50% deposit. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday 10 April 2026.
